☆ What locations are you shipping to?

Currently I'm only shipping to the U.S. and Canada. I plan on expanding shipping to other locations in the future — stay tuned!


☆ What shipping options are there? 

For DOMESTIC
There are two flat-rate options: 

  • Untracked: First-Class Mail | Stamped (STICKERS ONLY) ($0.75) 
  • Tracked: First-Class Package (FOR ORDERS WITH PINS/STICKY NOTES - $3.50 | FOR ORDERS WITH TOTES $4.50) 

For INTERNATIONAL
There are two flat-rate options: 

  • Untracked: First-Class Mail Intl | Stamped (STICKERS ONLY) ($2.50) 
  • Tracked: First-Class Mail Intl Package (FOR ORDERS WITH PINS OR TOTES - $14.50) 

***CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES: Coffeecloud is not responsible for delays due to customs. Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.***


☆ Why hasn’t my order shipped?

Orders are planned to be shipped anytime between 3 - 5 business days (excluding weekends). You will be contacted via email if there is a hold up in the process.

**PLEASE NOTE: SHIPPING AND DELIVERY MAY TAKE LONGER DUE TO THE HOLIDAYS. & PLEASE BE KIND TO YOUR MAILCARRIERS, I'M SURE THEY'RE FEELING THE LOAD FROM THIS SEASON.


☆ How long does shipping take?

***Please note: The COVID-19 pandemic may impact shipping and delivery times. I will do my best to have your goodies processed in a timely matter. Thank you for your patience and understanding.♡***

Actual delivery time may depend on different variables: location, shipping method, current postal situation, etc.

  • For DOMESTIC: Expect anywhere between 2 - 10 business days.
  • For INTERNATIONAL: Expect anywhere between 2 - 5 weeks.

For orders that qualify for tracked shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your shipping label has been printed.


☆ How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the tracking information via email; please allow at least 48 hours for the USPS tracking link to update.


☆ Where is my order? It says delivered but I have not received it.

Please be aware and mindful that once your order has been shipped, it is no longer coffeecloud’s responsibility; it is in the hands of the USPS. I am not liable for lost or damaged packages once dropped off at the post office — reach out to your local USPS for concerns about your mail.


☆ How are the stickers made? 

Each sticker design is digitally illustrated by me. From there, the design is printed by either two methods: sent to a manufacturer or printed in-home by me. Disclaimer: there may be slight variations or imperfections from both printing methods. I try to sort out the defected ones, but please contact me if you receive a questionable product. 


☆ Will there be restocks?

Restocks will vary depending on demand and interest.

☆ What are pre-order items?

Pre-order items are items that are not in stock and will be shipped out once available. Please refer to the item description for specific details and shipping times.

☆ How can I adjust my shipping address if I made an error?

Please reach out as soon as possible! I will try my best to make the adjustment. If the order has been shipped (i.e. you've received a shipping notification/tracking link sent via email), unfortunately it may be already too late and out of my control.


☆ What is your refund policy?

All products sold are final sale — they are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.


☆ Do you accept commissions?

Thank you for your interest! Unfortunately I am not taking on commissions at this time.
